Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand Spanish.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly passenger service at hub airports.
• Promote and sell travel with American Eagle/AA and contracted carriers.
• Arrange travel needs for passengers.
• Lead Agent duties: scheduling training and coordinating coverage.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and customer correspondence.
