Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. seeks a Passenger Service Agent Lead at our hub locations. You will provide courteous passenger service, assist with travel arrangements, and promote air travel with American Eagle and AA contractors.

The Lead Agent will support staffing, training, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will read, write, and speak English fluently, and Spanish proficiency is required due to operational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or GED.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently; Spanish is required for flight operations.
• DOT background checks and security badge requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly passenger service at hub airports.
• Promote and sell air travel with American Eagle and AA contracted carriers.
• Complete arrangements for passengers' travel needs.
• Lead Agent tasks: schedule training, manage staffing coverage, assist with onboarding.
