Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid, unexpired state driver’s license; some restrictions may apply.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and days off.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English required; Spanish language ability preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly passenger service at hub airports.
• Promote and sell travel with American Eagle and American Airlines.
• Arrange accommodations for travel needs and assist customers.
• Lead Agent duties include scheduling coverage and training coordination.
• Administer scheduling uploads and ensure adequate employee coverage.
• Maintain safety, inventory, and administrative duties; assist management as needed.
