Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support including calls, office supplies, document formatting, mail handling, and supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with vendors to support departmental events and travel arrangements.
• Maintain routine communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare standard budget and expenditure reports with data confidentiality.
• Support recruitment onboarding and grant/research administrative tasks as applicable.
