Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative experience.
• Experience with planning, organizing and coordinating activities.
• Attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support including calls, office supplies, document formatting and editing, mail, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support event organization for the department.
• Manage routine internal/external communications and scheduling of meetings.
• Create standard reports related to budget and variance and ensure proper data management and confidentiality.
