• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, travel arrangements, and lab setup as needed within scope.
• Prepare standard reports related to budget, expenses, and grant-related activities while ensuring confidentiality.
• Maintain departmental records and assist with grant and research administrative functions.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with institutional policies; provide high-level customer service.
