Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience (or a Master's with 4+ years).
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required.
• Experience in ADAS, automated vehicles (AVs), and vehicle safety.
• Knowledge of automotive systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• P.E. license or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting existing consulting projects involving ADAS/AVs analysis and testing.
• Developing specialized automotive expertise through design, testing, and evaluation.
• Setting up and executing test programs, including full-vehicle tests and component evaluations.
• Managing projects from initiation to completion and meeting deadlines.
