Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in ADAS/AVs and vehicle safety, design, testing, deployment
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities
• Hands-on field or lab measurement experience; willing to travel and work overtime

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to completion and communicate updates to clients and team
• Grow the Vehicle Engineering Practice by generating new business and projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage project costs
• Set up and execute test programs including full-scale vehicle tests
• Develop specialized expertise in automotive tech and testing
• Mentor and provide consulting to junior staff
