Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA/ADAAA and leave laws.
• Experience managing multi-state accommodation cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation processes, including assessment, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Assess essential functions and identify reasonable accommodations that avoid undue hardship.
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, HR, and Legal for timely accommodations.
• Provide coaching on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices to HR and leaders.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and ensure compliant accommodation processes.
