Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA and state disability laws.
• Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a multi-state organization.
• Professional HR certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process with case assessment, discussions, documentation and implementation.
• Collaborate with managers, HR, and Legal to provide timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance to HR and leaders on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate and ensure compliant processes.
• Maintain compliant, thorough case documentation in accordance with laws.
