Job summary

CVS Health in Atlanta seeks a dedicated Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to oversee ADA/ADAAA compliance and end-to-end accommodation processes. You will assess roles, discuss with employees, document outcomes, and coordinate with HR and Legal to implement appropriate accommodations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate health and employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/ServiceNow) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, retail or large corporate environment preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational health and ergonomic practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process: assessment, discussions, documentation and implementation.
• Conduct individualized assessments to determine essential functions and suitable accommodations.
• Partner with colleagues, managers, HR and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR and leaders on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local disability laws and maintain confidential case files.
