Job summary

First Horizon seeks an Accommodations Case Manager to oversee end-to-end intake and management of workplace accommodations and life-event support for associates. You will drive ADA/ADAAA interactive processes, assess essential job functions, review medical documentation, and coordinate with HR, IT, facilities, and external vendors to implement approved accommodations.

This role emphasizes compassionate communication, confidentiality, and compliance with ADA, PWFA, and leave laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years managing ADA/ADAAA accommodations in a mid-to-large organization.
Experience with third-party accommodations vendors and EAP services.
Familiarity with leave programs (FMLA, state leaves) and disability benefits.

Responsibilities

Own intake, triage, and end-to-end management of accommodation cases.
Lead interactive process including essential job function analysis and medical documentation review.
Coordinate with HR, IT, facilities, and vendors to implement accommodations.
Maintain proactive communication with associates and managers; set timelines.
Identify life events and connect to ComPsych or other resources.
Partner with leave and disability teams to manage interplay of accommodations and leave laws.
Track caseload, cycle times, and outcomes; produce dashboards for leadership.
Develop training materials to drive adoption.
