Job summary

The Standard is seeking a dedicated specialist to guide employees through disability accommodation requests, from intake to resolution. You will triage needs, develop employer-approved options, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth outcomes.

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential as you navigate ADA rules, case management, and collaboration with employers across complex scenarios.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of disability accommodation and absence management experience.
• Experience with return-to-work programs and claim administration.
• Preferred: PHR, CPDM or ADA certification.

Responsibilities

• ADA acumen: explain ADA/EEOC guidelines to employees and employers.
• Case management: manage ADA claims from simple to moderate complexity.
• Employee interaction: build trust to explore accommodation options for return to work.
• Employer interaction: advise employers on ADA laws, processes and reviews.
