CVS Health seeks an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to independently manage accommodation requests, provide expert guidance on compliance, and ensure timely, consistent handling in line with policies and laws. This Sr.

Analyst role supports leaders, HRBP, and Legal while maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate documentation. The role emphasizes end-to-end case management, collaboration across functions, and a focus on creating a positive employee relations climate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation admin.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAA, FMLA, and state disability/leave laws.
• Experience handling complex accommodation cases in a large multi-state org.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reasonable accommodation process including assessment and documentation.
• Conduct assessments to determine essential functions and appropriate accommodations.
• Collaborate with leaders, HRBP, and Legal to enable timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance to HR and leaders on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and restrictions.
• Promote a positive employee relations climate while maintaining confidentiality.
