CVS Health is seeking an ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager to support compliance with ADA/ADAAA and applicable state laws. The role provides subject matter expertise in workplace accommodations and partners with HR, Legal, and leaders to assess requests and implement solutions.

This individual contributor position manages end-to-end processes with confidential documentation and coaching on best practices, ensuring timely accommodations while protecting employee rights across multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, FMLA, and state disability laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process, including assessment, discussions, documentation, and implementation.
• Conduct assessments to determine essential functions and feasible accommodations.
• Partner with HR, managers, and Legal to facilitate timely accommodations.
• Provide guidance on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices.
• Review medical documentation to determine functional limitations and restrictions.
• Maintain thorough, confidential case documentation.
