The ADA Reasonable Accommodation Case Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), and applicable state and local disability laws. This role provides subject matter expertise in workplace accommodations, ensuring that requests are handled timely, consistently, and in alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and business needs. The Senior Analyst partners closely with leaders, HR Business Partners and Legal to evaluate accommodation requests and implement reasonable solutions that enable employees to perform the essential functions of their roles. NOTE: This is an individual contributor role at the Sr. Analyst level with no direct reports.
The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
