Reddit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Ads Business Development & Partnership Manager. You will scale and manage strategic partners across the advertising ecosystem, collaborating with internal teams to drive high-impact, data-driven partnerships.

You will oversee partner agreements, contribute to GTM strategies, and lead reviews with key partners while navigating a fast-paced, unstructured environment. This role supports remote work across the US/Canada with in-office options.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or ad product management.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize partnership programs across the ad ecosystem.
• Own strategic partner agreements spanning data licensing, identity graphs, data clean rooms, and audience expansion.
• Serve as an ad-ecosystem thought leader and an ambassador for Reddit across the industry.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and joint strategic planning with key partners.
• Partner with Activations and Enablement teams to define go-to-market strategies and educational initiatives for advertisers.
• Track, project, and report progress against Reddit's annual strategic goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Measurement, and Insights to uplevel partnerships and deliver client solutions.
