MyFitnessPal is seeking a Sr. Client Success Manager to drive client relationships and campaign success for our advertising clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-impact execution, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes onboarding, retention, and strategic account growth, with a data-driven approach to ROI and strong communication with Fortune 500-like clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.
• 6–8+ years in client success or account management in advertising/marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital ad products (programmatic, social, display, video, native).
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate to strategies.
• Proficient with CRM and PM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and align advertising solutions with business objectives.
• Partner with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution and optimization.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of services.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to pitch additional services.
• Deliver regular performance reports and translate data into strategic ROI recommendations.
• Represent client voice internally to influence product, service, and process improvements.
• Drive high client satisfaction and retention by delivering ongoing value and addressing concerns with urgency.
