Job summary

MyFitnessPal is seeking a Sr. Client Success Manager to act as the strategic partner and main contact for our advertising clients in the US. You will drive retention and growth through relationship management and execution oversight.

You will own onboarding, campaign oversight, performance reporting, and collaboration with sales to identify upsell opportunities. A strong background in digital advertising and CRM tools is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in client success, account management, or related roles in advertising or marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising products including programmatic, social, display, video and native formats.
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and align advertising solutions to objectives.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution and optimization.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of services.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to pitch additional services.
• Deliver regular campaign performance reports and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Represent the voice of the client to product, service, and process teams.
• Drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention through value delivery and responsive support.
