Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 7+ years or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Extensive actuation and motion control experience in aerospace systems.
• Proven leadership of hardware/electrical teams across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex actuation system design, testing and integration across programs.
• Mentor engineers and drive strategic priorities for the Radar Power and Digital org.
• Develop technical solutions for high‑performance actuation challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including systems, software and manufacturing.
