Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years.
• Experience with electromagnetic or electrohydraulic actuation systems is required.
• Existing DoD security clearance is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex actuation systems projects and mentor engineers within the Radar Power and Digital organization.
• Develop technical solutions for high-performance actuation and motion control challenges from concept to production support.
• Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, control systems, software, and manufacturing teams within IPTs.
• Travel up to 10% for supplier or customer sites as needed.
