Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead reserving efforts and train junior staff. This role focuses on relationship management with clients and internal partners while driving process improvements.

The position supports a remote-first culture across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and offers a competitive compensation package with annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 6 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal or commercial lines insurance.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) or FCAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results and analysis to senior leaders.
• Drives process improvements across the team.
• Mentors and trains Actuarial Analysts and Supervisors.
• Manages time/workload and coordinates with leadership.
