Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager for a remote role in the United States (exceptions: Hawaii and Alaska). You will lead analysis, mentor analysts, and drive reserve reviews with internal and external clients.

The role requires 6+ years of actuarial experience in commercial lines, ACAS/FCAS preferred, strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across teams. Remote-first culture and competitive comp are offered.

Qualifications

• BS or graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for personal or commercial lines.
• Leadership experience of 1+ years managing teams/analysts.
• Strong understanding of the commercial lines insurance market and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicate reserve results and analyses to senior leaders.
• Drive process improvement and team effectiveness across the department.
• Coach and train Actuarial Analysts; manage projects to deadlines.
• Develop relationships with internal/external clients via project work.
