Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead and train actuarial teams remotely across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will drive reserve reviews, communicate results to senior leaders, and mentor analysts while managing client relationships.

The role requires 6+ years in statistical/actuarial analysis for commercial lines, leadership experience, and ACAS/FCAS credentials.

Qualifications

• BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6+ years of experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for personal or commercial lines.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 4+ years of experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of Reserving experience.
• ACAS or FCAS credentials are preferred.
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicate reserve results and analyses to senior leaders.
• Drive process improvements across the team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee Analysts' work and ensure timely project completion.
• Train and manage Actuarial Analysts and oversee teams.
