Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager to lead and train actuarial analysts, supervise consultants, and guide cross‑functional projects across the U.S. You will drive reserve reviews, present results to senior leaders, and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal or commercial lines.
• Or graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 4 years experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal or commercial lines.
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of Reserving experience
• ACAS certification

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results and analyses to senior leaders.
• Drives process improvements across the team.
• Mentors and trains Actuarial Analysts and Analysts.
• Oversees project completion within deadlines.
• Manages internal and external client relationships.
