Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager. The role is remote anywhere in the United States with certain exceptions, focusing on reserving for commercial lines and leading a team of actuarial professionals.

You will drive monthly reserve reviews, mentor analysts, and partner with internal and external clients. The position emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and deep actuarial expertise in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 6+ years of post‑bachelor experience performing statistical/actuarial analysis in personal or commercial lines.
• Or graduate degree with 4+ years of relevant actuarial analysis experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of reserving experience.
• ACAS designation.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results and analysis to senior leaders.
• Drives innovation and process improvements across the team.
• Manages and trains Actuarial Analysts within the department.
• Oversees project timelines and ensures deliverables meet deadlines.
