Qualifications

• Moderate actuarial, insurance, data analytics, or related analytical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Progress toward CAS credentialing with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
• Experience using Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools to analyze data, automate processes, and develop insights.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy development with underwriting and actuarial leaders to drive profitable growth.
• Deliver actuarial analyses and pricing recommendations for accounts, portfolio management, and business planning decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, rate adequacy, pricing effectiveness, and profitability trends.
• Analyze business results across industries, geographies, and customer segments to support underwriting strategy and renewal actions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing models, rating tools, and segmentation approaches.
• Perform loss, claims, trend, and competitive market analyses to generate actionable insights.
