• Supervise Activity Assistants and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Promote and coordinate the volunteer program.
• Maintain an environment that protects participants and promotes wellbeing.
• Collaborate with staff and participants; resolve conflicts promptly.
• Manage the program budget and related expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
