Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in activities strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and general healthcare knowledge.
• Must have a clear and insurable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Programs team with planning, developing, and preparing a variety of activities and events.
• Conduct transportation for residents, including medical transportation.
• Maintain knowledge of community events and incorporate into activity schedules.
• Establish a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff.
• Promote teamwork and monitor activities with other disciplines as necessary.
• Evaluate quality of activities and adjust as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
