Job summary

City View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team. This full-time role offers a day-time schedule from 12pm to 8pm and pay between $18 and $22 per hour, depending on experience.

You will plan and lead a range of activities, support residents' social engagement, and help maintain calendars and records. A positive, collaborative attitude and experience with seniors are preferred. We value meaningful engagement and equal opportunity for all staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individual, small-group, and large-group activities.
• Help develop the monthly activity calendar and maintain attendance records.
• Encourage residents to participate in self-directed activities.
• Coordinate resident outings and transportation when needed.
• Assist with activity care plans and discharge planning as assigned.
