• Coordinate resident outings and transportation as needed.

• Support discharge planning and resident assessments as assigned.

Activity Assistant – Full TimeCity View Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing joy and engagement to residents’ daily lives, we’d love to hear from you.Position: Activity AssistantSchedule: Full Time – Day ShiftHours: 12pm - 8pmPay: $18–$22 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)General PurposeThe primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director in planning and conducting a creative, interactive, and meaningful activities program for our residents.The Activity Assistant helps ensure that activities are designed to meet the individual interests, abilities, and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
