Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Lead Application Analyst to serve as SME for NICE Actimize platform and related enterprise applications.

You will lead development, production support, and platform maintenance, guiding vendors and contractors while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational reliability. The role requires extensive experience across Actimize architecture, APIs, and real-time monitoring, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver critical financial crime

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience in application development, implementation, administration, or support of enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provides top technical and application business expertise to multiple end user groups.
• Monitors system health, reviews logs and reports and escalates issues to vendors.
• Leads strategic planning for the application platform to meet requirements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and consultants.
• Leads team, coordinates work, and supports performance management.
• Reviews, designs and implements application changes with stakeholders.
