Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead Application Analyst to own and lead the NICE Actimise platform, providing technical leadership across development, production support, and platform strategy. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver critical financial crime capabilities.

As SME for Actimise architecture, integrations, and data flows, you will guide vendors and contractors, ensure performance, and drive regulatory compliance within risk and AML

Qualifications

• Six+ years in enterprise software development, implementation, or support.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions and modules.
• Knowledge of real-time monitoring, fraud AML, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide top technical and application expertise to multiple user groups.
• Monitor system health, review logs and escalate issues to vendors.
• Perform proactive maintenance and design performance metrics.
• Define requirements and objectives based on business needs and goals.
• Lead strategic planning for the application platform to support growth.
• Collaborate with vendors, technology and business partners.
• Lead teams, coordinate work, and contribute to performance management.
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance in daily tasks.
