F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Lead Application Analyst for its Pittsburgh Financial Center to lead NICE Actimise platform development, production support, and risk/compliance initiatives.

The role requires SME level Actimise expertise, guiding vendor resources, improving performance, and delivering enterprise fraud and AML solutions. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience, strong SQL/Java, and Actimise experience; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Six years or more of experience in enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions and modules.
• Knowledge of AML, fraud, compliance and risk concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provides top technical and application business expertise to multiple end user groups.
• Monitors system health, reviews logs and escalates issues to vendors.
• Performs proactive and preventative maintenance.
• Designs server applications and performance metrics for monitoring system health.
• Identifies, explains, resolves and prevents application performance issues.
• Leads strategic planning for the application platform to meet organizational requirements.
