Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Lead Application Analyst to own the NICE Actimize platform, providing technical leadership for development, production support, and platform maintenance across risk, fraud, AML, and compliance domains.

The role requires deep Actimize expertise and strong collaboration with business and technology teams. The incumbent will guide vendors, manage complex projects, and ensure system stability while driving performance improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in application development, implementation, administration, or support of enterprise software solutions.
• Advanced experience with Actimize solutions and at least one Actimize module (SAM, IFM, CDD-X, WLF, ActOne).
• Experience with real-time transaction monitoring, fraud detection, AML, sanctions screening or financial crime is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts for Actimize deployments and support.
• Guide vendor resources and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance; perform proactive maintenance.
• Design and implement enhancements to improve application performance.
• Coordinate projects with Project Management Office and lines of business.
• Provide risk management for technology projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
