Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Lead Application Analyst to serve as a technical SME for the NICE Actimize platform. You will lead development, production support, and platform maintenance to support Risk, Fraud, AML and Compliance.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in enterprise software, strong SQL/Java skills, and hands-on Actimize experience. This on-site role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, with collaboration across technology and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in enterprise software development, implementation, or support.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize solutions and modules (SAM, IFM, CDD-X, WLF, ActOne).
• Experience with Actimize integrations, APIs, microservices, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading technical efforts and guiding project teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong AML, fraud prevention, compliance, risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, production support, and maintenance for the NICE Actimize platform.
• Provides technical leadership to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitors system health and performs proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates with business and technology partners to deliver critical capabilities.
• Develops work plans, estimates, and forecasts for technology services.
• Reviews contracts and statements of work with vendors and acts as liaison for assigned applications.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and participates in performance management.
