First National Bank is seeking a Lead Application Analyst to serve as the technical lead for the NICE Actimise platform. The role involves leading development, production support, and strategic initiatives for risk, fraud, AML, and compliance functions.

Strong SME knowledge of Actimise architecture and integrations is required. The position emphasizes leading technical efforts, collaborating with vendors and business stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in application development, implementation, administration, or support of enterprise software solutions.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions and modules.
• Experience leading technical efforts and guiding project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead application development, production support, platform maintenance, and vulnerability remediation for the NICE Actimise platform.
• Provide technical leadership for complex projects and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business capabilities.
• Monitor system health, performance, and operational support activities across enterprise environments.
• Guide vendor resources and coordinate with business lines to ensure timely delivery.
