Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead Application Analyst to lead development, production support, and platform maintenance for the NICE Actimise suite. You will guide enterprise fraud and financial crime initiatives and collaborate with risk, AML, and compliance teams.

The role requires deep Actimise expertise, real-time monitoring experience, and strong leadership to drive performance, reliability, and compliance across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in application development, implementation, administration, or support of enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing and supporting Java-based enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise solutions, including implementation, administration, support, customization, or development.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in at least one NICE Actimise module (SAM, IFM, CDD-X, WLF, ActOne, or related solutions).
• Experience supporting or implementing real-time transaction monitoring, fraud detection, AML, sanctions screening, or related financial crime solutions preferred.
• Experience with Actimise integrations, APIs, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience leading technical efforts and providing guidance to project teams, contractors, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides top technical and application business expertise to multiple end user groups.
• Monitors system health, reviews logs and reports and escalates issues to vendors.
• Performs proactive and preventative maintenance.
• Uses available data to proactively improve application performance.
• Designs server applications and performance metrics for monitoring system health.
• Leads strategic planning efforts in regard to the development of the application platform to meet organizational requirements and support growth.
• Communicates with lines of business users and Technology.
• Requires excellent technology project management skills.
• Reviews, discusses, designs and implements application changes.
• Collaborates with vendors to set strategic course for the application platform.
