Job summary

Fi is seeking a senior performance marketer to own and scale Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and YouTube campaigns with hands-on execution and strategy—driving acquisition targets and revenue growth.

You’ll manage bidding, pacing, and budget decisions across the full Google Ads portfolio and Amazon Ads, including new product launches and DSP. Strong measurement and data fluency in Northbeam/Databricks are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on ownership of Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Experience scaling accounts with CAC/ROAS targets and real-world lift studies.
• Ability to run YouTube as reach and performance with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, set strategy, pace budgets, and drive acquisition targets.
• Own Amazon Ads end-to-end: sponsored products/brands/display and DSP, including launch support.
• Build and maintain reporting in Northbeam and Databricks; review weekly performance narratives.
• Lead peak planning for product launches and major events; partner with Brand/Creative on assets.
• Run incrementality tests and ensure measurement quality across channels.
