Job summary

Spot & Tango, a pet health and wellness brand, seeks a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing from our NY HQ. You will own YouTube and Google Search/Shopping, partner with creative and data teams, and drive a testing roadmap to scale customer acquisition.

This role requires 6+ years in performance marketing, strong attribution, BI dashboards, and AI-powered reporting. It is a hybrid position with in-office days in Midtown Manhattan, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with a strong focus on YouTube and Google Search/Shopping.
• Strong understanding of attribution and measurement methodologies; reconcile discrepancies across sources.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance issues and propose data-driven recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Omni) and using AI to automate reporting.
• Preferred: incrementality testing and building landing pages (Unbounce, Fermat, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own YouTube as a performance channel and scale CAC efficiently.
• Build and execute a hypothesis-driven testing roadmap across creative concepts, audiences and placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand creative concepts and influencer-driven UGC.
• Measure YouTube impact and reconcile with internal attribution models.
• Own Search and Shopping as performance channels and optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance; identify shifts with data-backed POV.
• Explore emerging channels (OpenAI Ads, AppLovin) and test for scalability.
