Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Acquisition Marketing to support campaign execution, approvals, testing, and post-launch validation. You will help keep workstreams moving, align stakeholders, and ensure documentation is audit-ready from planning through validation.

In this role you will coordinate creative development, launch readiness, and governance, working across marketing, product, analytics, legal, risk, and finance to drive timely execution.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with documentation discipline.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, approvals, testing, and launch validation.
• Attention to detail in controlled environments with formal approvals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and align stakeholders on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition marketing and campaign execution across planning, approvals, launch coordination, and post-launch validation.
• Manage creative capacity planning by prioritizing requests and coordinating dependencies.
• Support campaign build activities, including requirements tracking and launch readiness documentation.
• Coordinate creation, review, and maintenance of marketing claims, disclosures, and job aids.
• Capture and archive required approvals to support governance processes.
• Provide monthly reconciliation by verifying campaign activity, spend inputs, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain centralized trackers, roadmaps, meeting notes, and reporting calendars.
• Assist with testing and post-launch validation by documenting issues and tracking remediation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, legal, risk, operations, technology, and finance to drive execution.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance coordination and visibility.
