Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email, digital marketing, and/or direct (print).

• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on attention to execution details.
• High-energy, solution-oriented approach; able to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with strategic partners to design and implement acquisition campaigns.
• Partner with internal and/or external creative agencies to develop and tailor creative versions per program.
• Execute digital, print, awareness, and offer-based campaigns aligned to strategy, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain a strong control environment and perform quality assurance on final creative and executional elements.
• Manage multi-channel execution from concept to delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
