JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate Campaign Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to deliver compliant campaigns that meet business goals and enhance customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years managing complex campaigns in a fast-paced environment, strong PM and organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects or marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive results through execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate requirements, approvals, testing, and launch activities.
• Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to ensure successful execution.
• Ensure customer-facing assets meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements prior to deployment.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, control enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Analyze campaign execution performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Influence stakeholders across multiple teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
• Support team development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, onboarding, and cross-training activities.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance campaign management capabilities and improve the customer experience.
