Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Delaware is seeking a Senior Associate for Chase Auto Acquisition Marketing to help strategize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital ads, and other owned channels to drive customer acquisition and growth.

You will partner with marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams to translate insights into actions that improve conversion and the customer experience while supporting scalable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital advertising, and/or Paid Search.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple teams and levels of an organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Owned Channel Strategy and Execution: Support end-to-end campaign planning and execution across email, owned digital ads, ATM, and other Chase-owned channels.
• Paid Search: Support Paid Search strategy and execution, including campaign planning, budget management, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from planning and creative development through approvals, launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Audience and Targeting: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop audience, targeting, messaging, and channel approaches aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
• Performance and Analytics: Partner with Analytics to evaluate campaign and funnel performance, identify trends, support forecasting, and recommend opportunities to improve results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across a highly matrixed organization to align partners, build consensus, and drive initiatives forward.
• Reporting and Communication: Develop clear presentations and updates that communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
