Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering, Science, or Mathematics related major.
- 10 or more years of acoustical consulting experience.
- CEQA knowledge and environmental review process familiarity.
- LORS assessment involving CA codes and agencies.
- Experience with noise and vibration impacts from construction/traffic/operations.
- Proficiency with noise modeling and regulatory interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Manage acoustical consulting projects and client relationships.
- Lead project execution and approach development.
- Build business relationships and assess market conditions.
- Lead teams to deliver acoustical design solutions addressing noise challenges.
- Perform analyses: noise surveys, level analyses, modeling, mitigation design.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and fee estimates; present results to clients.
- Mentor junior staff and develop technical skills.
- Interpret CEQA requirements and related regulations.
