Job summary

Ramboll in California is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to lead acoustical consulting projects focused on environmental noise assessments under CEQA. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and deliver state-of-the-art analyses for infrastructure, energy, and transportation projects.

The role requires 10+ years in acoustical consulting with CEQA experience, strong project management, and the ability to mentor staff while navigating regulatory

Qualifications

10+ years of acoustical consulting experience.
5+ years in CEQA-related environmental noise assessments.
Knowledge of CEQA process and regulatory standards.
Experience coordinating with CEQA lead agencies.
Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Manage acoustical consulting projects and client relationships.
Lead teams and develop project execution approaches.
Prepare reports, proposals, and fee estimates.
