Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Acoustical Lead Consultant for a hybrid role anchored in California (San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, or Irvine). You will lead acoustical consulting efforts, manage client relationships, and contribute to CEQA noise assessments across infrastructure, data centers, and transportation sectors.

Responsibilities include developing execution approaches, conducting noise surveys and modeling with CadnaA/SoundPlan, and producing reports and fee estimates while interpreting

Qualifications

• CEQA process familiarity including IS and EIR
• LORS assessment experience with CA codes and agencies
• Technical expertise in noise and vibration impact assessments
• Experience coordinating with CEQA lead agencies
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support acoustical consulting projects and client relationships
• Develop and implement project execution approaches
• Support technical analyses for environmental noise surveys and computer modeling
• Prepare reports, proposals, and fee estimates
• Critically review local, state, and federal environmental regulations
