Citigroup Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to drive the commercialization and expansion of its ACH franchise within the US Domestic Payments business.

You will shape product strategy, accelerate go‑to‑market execution, and lead cross‑functional delivery to grow Citi’s payments capabilities. You will sit in the Services organization, collaborating with product, technology, operations, and client coverage to deliver measurable business impact and ensure strong governance and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in electronic banking channels.
• Solid knowledge of corporate banking practices in cash management.
• Experience managing product delivery across cross‑functional environments.
• Experience evaluating product investments with finance partners.
• Ability to translate client/market insights into clear product strategies.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across functions/geographies.
• Takes ownership of outcomes and drives work to completion.
• Exposure to business/data/system analysis in a product/banking context.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Lead development/refinement of ACH product strategy and go‑to‑market approach.
• Plan and launch new ACH capabilities with cross‑functional teams.
• Partner with Finance to evaluate investments and monitor revenue/expenditure.
• Collaborate with Coverage teams to understand client needs and translate into product improvements.
• Build action plans from client feedback and implement solutions.
• Represent Citi at industry forums and contribute to thought leadership.
• Shape external payments narrative on market evolution and regulatory changes.
• Monitor competition and emerging technologies to inform priorities.
• Ensure documentation and governance meet standards.
