Job summary

Finastra seeks a Lead Product Manager in Atlanta to define and execute the product strategy for ACH and payment modernization, driving regulatory readiness and market adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, and professional services, shaping roadmap, requirements, and go-to-market for new payment capabilities.

You will engage with banks and strategic partners to validate requirements, influence investment decisions, and support revenue growth while strengthening

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Payments, Banking Technology, or Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of ACH processing, NACHA rules, payment operations.
• Experience with ISO 20022, RTP, FedNow, Fedwire, and SWIFT payment ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for ACH and payment modernization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver payment capabilities across schemes.
• Engage with banks and strategic customers to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Develop pricing, messaging, and go-to-market materials.
• Represent Finastra at industry events and manage stakeholder alignment.
