Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct accounting needs with customers and vendors.
• Ensure timely reporting for monthly financial information and assist monthly close.
• Maintain accurate records and files documenting financial transactions.
• Set up vendors, process A/P invoices, create POs, and issue checks.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in account reconciliations.
• Collaborate with retained accounting firm for year-end audits.
